Established in 1984, the group oversees four care homes that deliver a high-quality lifestyle for its residents in a true homely environment, with the benefit of care assistance from their professionally trained and friendly staff. The Challenge
Able Care Group required a fast and highly resilient internet connection to ensure that their systems are active at all times and to support their VoIP telephony system. Analysis of internet options and availability provided insight to a path with a low contention ratio at 1:1 and with an SLA (Service Level Agreement), meaning that should any issues arise, their dedicated line would be escalated and treated as a priority.
